Return Policy

Can I return an item if I do not like it?

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on all item(s) we sell online. If you change your mind and wish to return items you have purchased from you must notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will happily exchange or refund items once we have them back.


Make sure the item(s) are:

  • in the original packaging
  • in an unused, saleable condition (with any tags still attached)

As per our terms and conditions, the cost of returning any items is at your own cost and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier.

Goods must be received within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return the items.


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the goods, PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days, although it is often quicker than this. We'll refund your money to the original payment method.


Your refund includes the full price of the goods and the cost of the original standard delivery service (Express delivery services will not be refunded).


How does the refund procedure work?

Can I return an item after 30 days of purchase?

After 30 days your product will not be under Consumer Contracts Regulations and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.




In order to make a refund, you should request it on the order details page in your account by selecting the “Refund request” link. You must specify the reason of the refund. After that  you will receive an email with your refund status.

*Please note, you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. 

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund, including the full price of the item(s), will be put back into your original payment method.

When your refund is completed you will receive a confirmation email.
